02 Partners post Partner organisations post roles, places and courses with clear eligibility.

03 Matching The Foundation matches profiles to openings and notifies both sides; schools see what their pupils are offered.

04 Support to apply Applicants get help with CVs, statements and interview preparation before they apply.

05 Follow-through Placements are followed up so partners see the outcome and the next cohort learns from it.
